None of the salons at our mall have anyone that does Black hair. I'm at my wits end! I need to have my 13yo daughter's hair done. She needs a relaxer, and a cut and style. It'd be her first relaxer.
Does anyone know a reputable hair stylist in the YORK, PA area that specializes in African American hair?
just call around and ask....look for people who have a nice hair style and ask where they got there hair done
be careful though because some stylist don't care and will or can burn your daughters hair off
