What is the best shampoo and conditioner for African-American hair?

So far, I'm thinking Motions CPR,........but I don't know..........what is the best?.........I'm willing to buy it from the internet or pay more............but I don't want something that contains petroluem or mineral oil......(bad for the hair)..........I'm trying to prevent breakage.......make my hair grow past my neck.............
