Any suggestions for african-american hair?

i got a perm about 3 weeks ago and now its time to wash and condition my hair! any suggestions which shampoo and conditioner to use? which oil or any product is best for every day use to keep the moisture?

pantene relaxed and naturals is wonderful....for oil...i use isoplus oilsheen....the light version so its not so heavy and i loose my bounce

I use either Creme of Nature Shampoo and Conditioner or Mane 'N Tail Shampoo and Conditioner. Both products works well for my relaxed hair

I also use is Mane 'N Tail Carrot Oil Creme and Lusters Pink Oil Moisturizing Lotion and Isoplus Oil Sheen in the blue can for daily moisture. They all work great for my relaxed hair.

yes girl hey OK um use pantene pro v relaxed%26amp;natural for weman of color the morister kind i use it it's really good i dont have a perm at all so i wash my hair with that and then i flat iron it and then sometimes i get micro's hope i helped girl yes the girl who said somthing about the hair shenn it 's the best it give your hair body yes !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
