I am african american and i need to know what hair care product works best for you. Currently I am using Motions but my hair got badly damaged from swimming too much. So far the Motions works really good I just wanted to know if there was anything out there to make my hair grow real fast that actually works.

I use Silk Elements shampoo and VO5 conditioner. After that I apply Garnier Fructis sleek and shine leave in conditioner. This makes my hair soft, shiny and manageable. For everyday moisturizing I use Motions. Unfortunately with our hair it takes a long time to see results.
