What kind of makeup should I start of with?!?

I'm 12 and I wanna star wearing makeup and stuff but I don't know whats good for me.I'm an african american with black hair.I've only worn sheer lip gloss before but i don't like flashy makeup plus i need the makeup to be affordable enough...what do you reccomend?

you are young, black, and beautiful! enjoy your youth and don't think about adding cosmetics!! the best way to fit in is to stand out and be confident about yourself!

but... if you insist:

1. cleanser

2. facial lotion

3. bronze (it looks great on dark skin)

4. light lip gloss

(i don't recomment eye make up but...)

5. mascara

try not to use eyeliner because i'm sure your eyes are big and pretty!! it'll make you look old... seriously.

A light neutral color, one that is neither pink nor orange, but something like the color "shell" which Mary Kay used to make. You can wear it with reds, greens, any colors. Pink can't be worn with red clothes. Just a tiny touch of blush in the same color category as the lipstick and a tiny touch of eye shadow to go with your clothing would be keeping it mild, and yet pretty.

At Your Age Most Make Up It Heavy And Uncomfortable.

It Takes Getting Used To, But If You Are Gonna Wear Make Up Try The Wet And Wild Brand Or Jane, They Have A Lot Of Neutrals They Are Not Too Heavy And They Are Cheap So If You Don't Like It You Can Just Toss It Out.

go to a drugstore and get an eyelash curler and a cheap mascara. the pink mascara bottle with the green top is good. since your so young the best thing that looks good but natural is opening up those eyes by curling your lashes and putting mascara on them. you could also get a silver/white eye shadow and put it in the inner corners of you eyes to make them pop, but its not too flashy

start with the clinque coverup or even covergirl from target and curl your eyelashes and put revlon superlash (mascara from target, its really good) and then wear some chapstick and if you need blush then wear some bronzer or some pink blush. But you probably dont need eyeliner yet because youre too young at least i think.

I agree with tammy don't wear make up scrub !!! My friend wore make up and still does and whn she doesn't wear it she looks dead and has dark circles under her eyes. Good luck SCRUB i'm in eighth grade.
